Athlon by Aldar Construction Update, September 2026

We track Athlon's build every month using the developer's footage and the Government of Dubai's independent RERA progress reports, so owners and buyers get the honest picture, not marketing.

Is Athlon on time? Yes. As of the latest independent Government of Dubai / RERA inspection (23 July 2026), both Athlon phases (projects 3143 and 3145) are audited as "Main Contract, Progressing": enabling and foundation works complete, structures rising, with envelope, MEP, finishes and infrastructure all underway on site. Handover is estimated for 2028.
