Athlon by Aldar handover date: is it on time?
The short answer: on track. Athlon is currently estimated for handover in 2028, and as of the latest independent Government of Dubai / RERA inspection (23 July 2026) both phases (projects 3143 and 3145) are audited as "Main Contract, Progressing."
Estimated handover: Q2 2028.
On track. Enabling and foundation works are complete and structures are rising across both phases, with envelope, MEP, finishes and infrastructure progressing on site, consistent with a 2028 delivery programme, and the independent RERA inspection of 23 July 2026 backs it up on the ground. Is Athlon by Aldar delayed?

Can I sell my Athlon unit before handover?
Yes. Off-plan units can be resold (assigned) before completion, subject to the developer's transfer process and a minimum paid percentage. We handle the whole thing.
